This online CE course is designed to enhance your knowledge about how facial massage can lead to more luminous skin by releasing tension, toxins and impurities.
In this online home study Overview of Facial and Scalp Massage CE course, participants will have access to an overview of information related to the history of facial massage; benefits of facial massage; benefits of scalp massage; checklist of supplies for facial massage; and information regarding creating a relaxing environment.
The course notebook also contains illustrations of the bones of the face; the muscles of the head, neck & face; and the lymphatic system of the head, face & neck.
This cognitive course does not include technique protocols directly related to massage therapy or the manipulation of soft tissue; the focus of this course is exclusively an overview of facial and scalp massage.
It is recommended that you participate in an on-site experiential classroom course to supplement the knowledge you gain in this overview course prior to offering facial and scalp massage professionally.
